Refund policy

 

All of our Products come with a 1-Year Warranty for manufacturer defects.

We will replace any product with a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase.  Please email help@sleepgrounded.ca to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost. 

Exchanges

Unopened items can be exchanged by emailing help@sleepgrounded.ca.  We will guide you through the process of placing a new order for the desired size while processing a return and refund for the original order.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns / Refunds of Unused, Unopened Items

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact help@sleepgrounded.ca to initiate a return.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and a Processing Fee may apply.

Returns/ Refunds of Used Items

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on opened and used items.  While we would love to offer a 'try before you buy' option for sleeping grounded, it is not feasible at this time.  We recommend the Universal Band Kit as a low cost way to experience the benefits of sleeping grounded when deciding to grounding your bed.
